The WCBA Traffic Safety Program is not responsible for misplaced registration materials or any software incompatibility or hardware failure.
Please refer to the table below for registration, cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies.

Cancellation/Refund Policy |
May cancel only if the online class has not yet been accessed AND is not expired.* Cancellations will incur a $20 service fee. If the online class is expired OR has been accessed, no refunds will be given. |

Reschedule Policy |
Not Applicable | May reschedule up to 3 days prior to class without penalty. |
Unattended or Incomplete Training |
No refund will be issued for any online training after 45 days of registration. |
No refund for unattended or partially attended training. |
Expired Training |
Access to online training expires 45 days after registration. In some cases, courses that have expired may be reinstated for seven days. A $25 service fee will be charged. Please call our office to determine if your course is eligible for reinstatement. |

Disputed Charges |
For all disputed charges, the WCBA Traffic Safety Program will charge a fee commensurate with efforts required on our behalf to submit evidence to the credit card company, appear in court, etc. |
